AI tutor and AI-checked assignments
Inside a lesson the learner can ask an AI tutor and submit practical work; an AI model reviews it against the lesson and returns feedback.

A dashboard with XP, levels, badges, notes and learning insights.
Verifiable certificates
Each certificate has its own page and code, so an employer can check it in one click.
Technology
Academl runs on its own learning platform built with Next.js and PostgreSQL: courses, lessons, quizzes, AI review of assignments, certificates, team workspaces, a public API and outgoing webhooks. The AI tutor and assignment review use an open-weights model through Ollama Cloud.
